📋 What You’ll Do
• Lead & Mentor: Manage small teams of student founders through idea validation, MVP development, and launch.
• Drive Growth: Run hands-on workshops, demo days, and campus events to recruit top talent.
• Optimize Success: Track cohort KPIs in our platform, troubleshoot roadblocks, and celebrate wins.
• Earn Commission: Get rewarded for each student cohort and startup milestone achieved under your guidance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years’ experience in product management, startup incubation, or campus programs
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to students and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead teams and hit targets—bonus if you’ve worked on commission or sales models
• Passion for entrepreneurship and student empowerment

Qualifications
• Product Management, Market Research, and Strategy Development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Lean Startup principles and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in startup environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
