About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conceptualizing event themes, timelines, and logistics.
2. Coordinate meetings with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
3. Liaise with vendors for supplies, rentals, and services.
4. Follow up with clients regarding requirements and approvals.
5. Participate in event setup and teardown.
6. Manage registration desks, guest coordination, and backstage operations.
7. Ensure event schedules are adhered to and troubleshoot any issues.
8. Create promotional content for social media and email campaigns.
9. Publicize events across various channels to maximize reach.
10. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations related to events.
11. Maintain event budgets, databases, and checklists.
12. Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
13. Prepare comprehensive event reports and analyses.
14. Propose ideas for themes, d cor, and entertainment options.
15. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the event planning team.
16. Manage calendars for celebrity appearances, events, and meetings.
17. Coordinate logistics for travel, accommodation, and transportation.
18. Organize red carpet entries, backstage arrangements, and VIP protocols.
19. Ensure all celebrity requirements are met before and during events.
20. Communicate with PR teams, event organizers, brands, and media on behalf of the celebrity manager.
21. Brief celebrities about event details, scripts, and brand guidelines.
22. Monitor social media trends and engagement related to the celebrity.
23. Assist with content creation, captions, and scheduling posts as permitted.
24. Maintain discretion regarding sensitive information.
25. Support with personal errands or miscellaneous tasks as needed, respecting trust and role boundaries.
