Survey Analysis Project

During my internship at DesignLoop, I was involved in conducting research surveys and usability testing for various products. The goal was to understand user pain points and identify opportunities for design improvement. My role was to analyze the survey data and provide insights on how to enhance the user experience based on the feedback collected. I used various research methodologies, including user interviews and task analysis, to gather data. After analyzing the data, I created a comprehensive report with actionable insights and design recommendations for the product team. This project helped me gain hands-on experience in user research and develop a deeper understanding of how user feedback shapes the design process.
