Project Overview

This project showcases my end-to-end analysis during the Apex Ventures “Profit & Learn” Challenge. Over three rounds, I validated EduMentor’s financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV), assessed its investability based on team strength and market data, and submitted a final one-page investment memo. I recommended a “yellow” rating — highlighting strong unit economics but concerns about valuation multiple. The project reflects my ability to apply VC frameworks to early-stage startups using data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
