This project is a high-impact social media campaign designed to challenge traditional hiring narratives and promote a proof-of-work mindset. I created a series of bold, modern static creatives optimized for LinkedIn and Instagram (1080×1080 and 1080×1350 formats). The concept focuses on shifting the conversation from resume-based validation to execution-based credibility. The designs use strong typography hierarchy, high contrast dark themes, structured grid layouts, and minimal color accents to create scroll-stopping visuals. Messaging like “Proof of work > Resumes” and “Execution builds credibility. Claims don’t.” reinforces the campaign’s positioning. The project emphasizes: Clean, premium visual language Strong typographic dominance Strategic negative space High contrast color system (deep navy + electric blue accent) Professional tone (not motivational fluff) Visual storytelling through minimal workspace imagery The goal was to create content that resonates with students, early professionals, and hiring managers while maintaining a sharp, credible brand identity.
