πŸ” Challenge Brief

  1. Design a dashboard for managing delivery fleets, focusing on key metrics such as live tracking of orders, route management, and performance analytics. The dashboard should be user-friendly and visually engaging. Actionable Steps & Guidance: Understand the User Needs: This dashboard will be used by fleet managers to track delivery statuses, monitor driver performance, and optimize routes. Focus on presenting live data, performance insights, and order updates. Define the Layout: The layout should prioritize functionality. Use grids and cards to organize data into clear sections — for example, one area for live order tracking, another for driver performance, and one for metrics like on-time deliveries. Wireframe the Dashboard: Begin with wireframes to layout all the key elements. Place the live map section at the top or center for easy access, followed by performance and delivery metrics in clearly separated areas. Design Interactive Elements: Add interactive features, such as clickable order status updates or a filter for specific driver information. Make sure the dashboard is intuitive — a user should be able to check an order's progress with just a glance. Refine & Polish: Once your basic design is ready, refine it by adjusting spacing, fonts, and colors. Ensure the dashboard is easy to navigate, even with large amounts of data.

  2. Test the Responsiveness: The dashboard should be responsive and work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. Check how it looks on different screen sizes and make sure the layout adjusts accordingly.
