Worked on end-to-end backend development of a Loan Origination System (LOS) for a banking client, covering the complete loan lifecycle from application to disbursement. Designed and developed Java 17 and Spring Boot–based microservices for customer onboarding, loan application processing, KYC/AML verification, eligibility checks, and approval workflows. Integrated LOS services with Core Banking System (CBS), credit bureaus (CIBIL/Experian), KYC providers, payment gateways, and document management systems using RESTful APIs. Implemented secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT with RBAC compliance. Enabled asynchronous, event-driven processing using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ, and supported CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and testing in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
