Tanya Bansal worked on optimizing email marketing campaigns for HCL, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement. The optimization process involved analyzing user behavior and segmenting email lists to deliver personalized content to different customer groups. Tanya utilized A/B testing to determine the most effective subject lines, copy, and call-to-action (CTA) placements to enhance campaign performance. By refining the email templates, optimizing sending times, and continuously analyzing the data from each campaign, Tanya I was able to increase user engagement significantly. The project also included tracking customer interactions with the emails to understand their preferences and tailor future campaigns accordingly. Tanya’s efforts led to more efficient email marketing, increased conversions, and better customer retention for HCL.
