Central to the offering is a diagnostic quiz that assesses emotional, physical, and behavioral burnout, classifying users into three burnout levels (mild, moderate, severe). Based on this, age-appropriate kits—BloomKit (children), SparkKit (teens), ResetKit (adults), and ClarityKit (executives)—are provided, each containing sensory tools like journals, teas, eye masks, guided meditations, and unplugged hobbies tailored to user needs.
