Event Management React Native

Eventify: Your Personal Event Manager

Eventify is an intuitive event management application designed to simplify the process of organizing, managing, and tracking events. Built with React Native for mobile responsiveness and Node.js for the backend, the app allows users to plan events, create tasks, send invitations, and track progress on key milestones. Priya’s solution also incorporates calendar synchronization to help users manage important dates and automatic email reminders to keep event participants updated. The app I was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing users to create multiple events, assign tasks to team members, and set deadlines for each task. One of the main highlights of the app is its reminder system, which sends timely notifications about upcoming deadlines and events. The application’s back-end logic is built to ensure that each event has unique task lists and that progress is tracked throughout the events lifecycle. The use of React Native ensures that the app is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms, making it accessible to a wide user base. Priya also integrated a task management feature, allowing users to assign roles and responsibilities to team members, making event planning more organized. The app provides users with a visual timeline of their event’s progress, ensuring that everyone involved is on the same page and can stay focused on deadlines. This project gave Priya valuable experience in mobile app development, event management, and cross-platform compatibility.

Full Stack Development Real-Time Communication

Chatter: Real-Time Communication

Chatter is a real-time messaging application that enables instant communication between users using Node.js for the backend and WebSocket for real-time message transmission. The application supports one-on-one chats and group conversations, with features like message notifications, user authentication, and message history storage. The app I was built with a focus on performance and scalability, ensuring that it could handle high traffic loads and numerous concurrent users. Priya focused on building a seamless and responsive user experience by optimizing both front-end and back-end processes, with the frontend developed in React.js. Key features include end-to-end encryption for secure communication, chat history that allows users to retrieve past conversations, and real-time updates. Users can send and receive messages instantly, making it ideal for professional environments that require quick exchanges. Additionally, Priya implemented push notifications to alert users of incoming messages, ensuring they never miss an important conversation. This project provided hands-on experience with WebSockets, real-time data handling, and a comprehensive full-stack development approach. It I was a learning experience in managing data flow efficiently in real time while building scalable applications.
