The Orders Dashboard – Business Insights using Power BI project focuses on delivering a comprehensive analytical solution for understanding and optimizing business performance within the Tata Group. Using a dataset of over 50,000 orders, the project aims to provide actionable insights into sales trends, profitability, customer behavior, and regional performance. This dashboard integrates data modeling, data transformation, and advanced DAX calculations to allow decision-makers to monitor and analyze their business in real time. The project begins with data collection and cleaning, where the raw orders dataset is imported into Power BI. Using Power Query, the dataset undergoes transformation to handle missing values, standardize formats, and create calculated columns. This ensures the dataset is consistent and ready for accurate analysis. After preparing the data, data modeling is performed to create relationships between tables, enabling dynamic cross-filtering and accurate aggregation of metrics such as total sales, total profit, and order count.
