Aakash Mishra, a Software Engineering Student at VIT Vellore, developed a chatbot aimed at improving customer support for businesses. The chatbot I was designed to handle frequently asked questions and provide real-time assistance to customers, reducing wait times and improving overall customer satisfaction. Using a combination of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms, Aakash created a bot that could understand user queries and provide accurate, context-sensitive responses. The project involved not only coding the chatbot but also integrating it into existing customer service systems. It required deep knowledge of both backend development and AI, and Aakash worked extensively to ensure that the bot would work seamlessly across various platforms.
