This recruitment drive aimed to bring dynamic marketing and sales interns into Wooble’s campus and growth initiatives. The event included company pitches, Q&A sessions, and case-based assessments to evaluate candidates' marketing skills and real-world acumen.

Led a full-fledged recruitment drive representing Wooble as a high-growth career-tech startup.
Engaged with 100+ candidates, assessing them through case-based evaluations to gauge their marketing proficiency.

As the lead organizer, I was responsible for everything from event logistics to branding and marketing execution.

Product Launch: Wooble Portfolio Builder
The Wooble Portfolio Builder project was conceptualized and launched to address the growing need for personalized, digital portfolios in the job market. With a focus on usability and integration, this product offers users the ability to easily create professional portfolios with features that cater to both design and data-driven career development.
Key Features:
No-code portfolio creation
ATS-friendly resume parsing
Interactive charts for skill tracking
Seamless integration with other career tools
The project involved extensive user research, including 50+ user interviews to refine the UI/UX and prioritize features based on real-world feedback.
Tools Used: Canva for design, ChatGPT for content generation, Notion for product management, Google Workspace for collaboration, Google Analytics for insights, and Mailchimp for user engagement.
The project was developed through agile sprints, with continuous QA testing and regular feature releases to ensure a high-quality user experience.
