🧩 Proof of Work
E-commerce Website Design
Sanya Agarwal, a Product Designer at TCS, led the design of a user-friendly e-commerce platform for a well-established retailer. The goal of this project I was to streamline the online shopping experience and make it more intuitive for users. By leveraging UX design principles, Sanya focused on creating a clean and easy-to-navigate interface that would reduce friction in the user journey, enhance product discovery, and improve overall conversion rates. Throughout the project, Sanya collaborated closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure the final product aligned with both user needs and business goals. Key features of the platform included a simplified checkout process, personalized product recommendations, and responsive design for seamless use across devices. The redesigned website contributed to a noticeable improvement in customer satisfaction and sales performance.

In this project, Sanya Agarwal worked on improving the user experience of a popular mobile app. The app had a large user base, but its design I was outdated and lacked modern UX best practices. Sanya’s goal I was to enhance the apps usability, making it more engaging and user-friendly. I conducted user research, gathered feedback, and performed a thorough UX audit to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Key improvements included optimizing the apps navigation, simplifying interaction flows, and enhancing visual design elements. Additionally, Sanya worked on making the app more accessible to users with disabilities. After implementing the design changes, the app saw an increase in user retention, higher ratings, and positive feedback, confirming the success of the project.
