What you'll do

  • Manage daily retail store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
  • Set and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales, analyze retail metrics, and manage budgets.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
