Overview
Designed and developed a full-stack placement management platform that connects students, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HR recruiters, and administrators through role-based dashboards. Implemented secure authentication, AI-powered resume analysis, ATS score generation, job posting, application tracking, interview management, and profile completion features. Built responsive user interfaces with React and integrated a Node.js/Express backend with PostgreSQL for efficient data management. Focused on improving the placement workflow by reducing manual effort and providing students with real-time insights into their placement readiness.
