Hands-on IT operations internship managing, setting up and troubleshooting devices used in a 24/7 video data-collection operation.
Role overview Support uninterrupted field and internal operations through end-to-end setup, tracking, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT gadgets used by data collectors and coordinators. What you will do • Prepare, configure and maintain operational devices. • Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues and provide timely technical support. • Track device allocation and condition, coordinate replacements and keep operational records accurate. • Work closely with data-collection and internal coordination teams to reduce downtime. Work mode On-site in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The process runs 24/7 and the employer lists multiple morning and night shifts, so candidates should review shift availability before applying.
