
In this project, I worked as a UX Designer at Nova Infotech to redesign a food delivery app that had previously received user feedback indicating poor usability and long ordering processes. My team and I conducted extensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand the pain points of users. Based on the insights gathered, we reimagined the entire ordering process. We focused on simplifying the navigation, streamlining the checkout flow, and adding features like order tracking, customizable delivery options, and quicker payment gateways. Additionally, we enhanced the appâs design with modern visual aesthetics, making it more visually appealing while maintaining simplicity. After implementing the new design, user retention and app usage increased significantly, and the client reported a higher satisfaction rate among users. This project emphasized my ability to combine user feedback with design principles to create impactful user experiences.
