As a UI Designer at Zenith Systems, I was responsible for designing an intuitive user interface for a comprehensive HR management platform. The platform was aimed at simplifying HR processes such as employee records management, leave tracking, payroll, and performance evaluations. My role involved closely collaborating with HR professionals and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. After gathering insights, I crafted wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. The key features of the HR platform UI design included easy navigation, dashboard customizations, a search functionality, and mobile responsiveness. One of the major challenges was ensuring the interface was user-friendly for both HR administrators and employees, which required balancing complexity and simplicity. The final design was well-received, and the platform saw a notable increase in engagement from HR teams after its launch.
