This project is a high-impact social media campaign designed to challenge traditional hiring narratives and promote a proof-of-work mindset. I created a series of bold, modern static creatives optimized for LinkedIn and Instagram (1080×1080 and 1080×1350 formats). The concept focuses on shifting the conversation from resume-based validation to execution-based credibility. The designs use strong typography hierarchy, high contrast dark themes, structured grid layouts, and minimal color accents to create scroll-stopping visuals. Messaging like “Proof of work > Resumes” and “Execution builds credibility. Claims don’t.” reinforces the campaign’s positioning.
