- Test the app and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce
- Suggest features and improvements based on user needs
- Document product flows and how features should behave
- Collect and summarise feedback from users and the care team

- Detail-oriented, and notices when something feels off
- Clear written communication
- Comfortable using and exploring apps
- Can commit to 3–6 months
