The application is responsive, scalable, and ready for future enhancements such as QR-based tracking, doctor dashboards, and SMS notifications. Reflection In future iterations, I would add advanced features such as appointment scheduling, doctor-specific queues, QR code-based patient tracking, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, analytics dashboards, and multi-clinic support. I would also conduct user testing with clinic staff and patients to gather feedback and further improve usability and performance.
