Step 2: Requirement Analysis Gathered the needs of patients, receptionists, and doctors. Defined essential features such as: Automated token generation Real-time queue updates Waiting time prediction Emergency patient prioritization Digital patient records Step 3: Solution Design Designed a cloud-based real-time queue management system. Planned separate interfaces for: Receptionist Dashboard Patient Display Doctor Dashboard (Future Enhancement) Step 4: System Development Developed the frontend using React.js. Built REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
