Research & Analysis Studied existing hospital queue systems, patient flow management techniques, and healthcare service requirements to understand the problem. 3. System Design Designed the user interface, database structure, and workflow for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue tracking. 4. Development Developed the web application using modern technologies to implement real-time queue management and appointment handling features. 5. Testing & Validation Tested the system for functionality, usability, and performance to ensure accurate queue updates and smooth operation.
