This creates real friction: patients have no way to know how long they'll actually wait, so they hover near the reception desk instead of stepping out for a coffee or running an errand. Receptionists juggle a paper register while fielding "how much longer?" questions all day, pulling their attention away from actual reception work. There's no shared, real-time source of truth between the front desk and the people waiting . TokenSeva solves this with a lightweight, no-install queue system: the receptionist manages the queue from one screen, and patients track their own token and estimated wait from another — kept in sync live, with zero new hardware or app downloads required.
