QueueCure+ — Real‑Time Clinic Queue Manager for Indian Clinics

Indian clinics still run on paper token slips, shouted names, and memory-driven queues. Patients wait for hours with no visibility, receptionists juggle the queue manually, and there is no live, shared source of truth for the waiting room. Process I started by reducing the problem to the three things that actually matter in a live clinic flow: how fast a receptionist can add a patient, whether the waiting room updates instantly, and whether the wait estimate comes from actual consultation data instead of a guess. From there, I treated the queue like a state machine rather than a list, so every action had a valid transition and the UI stayed consistent across both screens. I also focused on making the receptionist screen mistake-proof, because in a real clinic the biggest risk is not missing features — it is making the front desk slower or less reliable. Results The final result is a working clinic queue manager that supports fast patient entry, instant cross-screen updates, and wait-time estimates based on actual queue behavior. It turns an informal, memory-based clinic process into a visible, shared system that is easier for receptionists to operate and easier for patients to understand.
