Queue Cure: AI-Powered Smart Clinic Queue Management & Patient Experience Platform

Traditional clinic queue management systems rely heavily on manual token systems, paper records, and verbal communication. This leads to long patient waiting times, overcrowded waiting areas, poor visibility of queue status, and increased workload for receptionists. Doctors also lack a centralized system to efficiently manage patient flow. There is a need for a smart digital solution that provides real-time queue tracking, appointment management, and seamless communication between patients, receptionists, and doctors to improve the overall healthcare experience. I followed a user-centric approach by first identifying the major challenges faced in clinics and understanding the requirements of three key users: patients, receptionists, and doctors. The solution was designed by breaking the problem into smaller modules: Patient appointment and queue tracking Receptionist queue management Doctor consultation dashboard Real-time communication between all users I then developed a centralized platform that digitizes patient flow and improves transparency using smart queue management features. Created a functional digital clinic queue management platform. Enabled real-time visibility of patient queue status. Reduced dependency on manual queue handling. Improved coordination between patients, receptionists, and doctors. Provided a scalable solution that can be adapted by clinics of different sizes. Reduced patient waiting time through smart queue tracking. Improved clinic operational efficiency with digital management. Enhanced transparency by allowing patients to monitor their queue status. Simplified doctor and receptionist workflow through dedicated dashboards.
