Healthcare facilities often rely on manual queue management methods, leading to long waiting times, overcrowded waiting areas, and a lack of transparency for patients. Patients are frequently unaware of their queue status and estimated wait time, while receptionists struggle to manage queues and prioritize urgent cases efficiently. QueueCure AI addresses these challenges by providing a real-time healthcare queue management platform with smart prioritization, live queue tracking, QR-based patient monitoring, voice announcements, and analytics to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency. Developed a smart healthcare queue management platform with real-time tracking, patient prioritization, and QR-based monitoring. Integrated voice announcements, live queue updates, and analytics to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency. QueueCure AI improved healthcare queue management by reducing waiting time, enhancing patient satisfaction, and increasing clinic operational efficiency through real-time tracking and smart prioritization. In future versions, I would add AI-powered predictions, appointment booking, remote notifications, and multi-clinic support to make QueueCure AI more scalable and intelligent.
