QueueCure AI addresses this challenge by providing a real-time digital queue management system with live synchronization, token tracking, and waiting-time estimation to improve the overall healthcare experience. Process Patients register and receive digital tokens, the receptionist manages the queue, and QueueCure AI synchronizes real-time updates across all displays to provide accurate waiting information and improve clinic efficiency. Results **Result:** A fully functional real-time queue management system with synchronized patient and receptionist views. **Outcome:** Reduced waiting time, improved queue transparency, and enhanced clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction. Reflection If given more time, I would add AI-driven wait-time prediction, automated notifications, multi-clinic support, and enhanced analytics to make QueueCure AI more scalable and user-friendly.
