Many hospitals and clinics still rely on manual token systems, paper slips, and verbal patient calling, leading to long waiting times, poor queue visibility, and inefficient patient management. Patients often wait for hours without knowing their turn status, while receptionists struggle to manage appointments and emergency cases manually. Doctors also lack a centralized dashboard to monitor patient flow in real time. This creates confusion, delays, and an overall poor healthcare experience. QueueCure Pro solves this by providing a smart digital queue management system with real-time tracking, The project started by identifying problems in traditional hospital queue systems such as long waiting times, manual token handling, and lack of queue visibility. After analyzing the needs of receptionists, doctors, and patients, a smart digital queue management workflow was designed. QueueCure Pro was then developed with separate dashboards, real-time token tracking, emergency patient prioritization, and live patient display screens to improve hospital efficiency and reduce patient confusion. Reduced patient waiting confusion through live queue visibility and real-time token updates. Improved hospital workflow with separate dashboards for receptionists, doctors, and patients. Enabled faster patient handling using digital queue management and emergency prioritization. Increased coordination between hospital staff with centralized patient tracking. Created a simple and user-friendly system for efficient clinic and hospital management. - Added a patient recall feature to call missed patients back into the queue instead of re-registering them. - Implemented automatic handling for deleting or skipping invalid/missing patient entries to avoid queue errors. - Developed emergency patient prioritization for faster critical patient management. - Created live token display and real-time queue updates for better patient visibility. - Designed separate dashboards for receptionists, doctors, and patient screens to improve workflow efficiency.
