76% of India's 1.5 million clinics still run on paper token slips and shouting. Patients wait 2–3 hours with zero visibility into when they'll be called. Doctors have no dashboard. Receptionists manage everything from memory. Process To solve the problem I have developed an application ,that provides tokens for patient in the hospital and it also shows approximate waiting time to reach the doctor for the treatment. Technical Stack: HTML, CSS , JavaScript , JSON,Express.js Results Clinic Flow system was successfully developed and tested. The application allows receptionists to register patients, generate tokens, and manage queues efficiently. Patients can view the current token being served and estimate their waiting time, while doctors can monitor queue status through a dedicated dashboard. It reduces manual queue management, minimizes patient uncertainty, and improves hospital workflow. Reflection We transformed a basic token system into a smart healthcare queue management platform by introducing symptom-based patient prioritization, real-time queue visibility, and separate dashboards for patients, doctors, and receptionists.
