In many hospitals and clinics, patient management is still inefficient due to manual appointment booking, unorganized queue systems, and lack of real-time updates between doctors and patients. Patients often face long waiting times, confusion about their queue status, and difficulty in tracking appointments. Doctors and reception staff also struggle to manage patient flow efficiently, leading to delays and reduced service quality. There is a need for a digital hospital queue management system that can streamline appointment scheduling, token generation, and real-time queue tracking while impr Users (doctor and patient) register and log in to the system. After login, users are redirected to their respective dashboards. Patients book appointments with doctors through the system. The system generates tokens and assigns patients to a queue. Doctors manage and update the patient queue in real time. Patients and doctors get live updates using Socket.IO. The system successfully digitizes hospital appointment and queue management. Patients can book appointments and receive tokens without manual registration at the hospital. Real-time queue updates improve communication between doctors and patients. Waiting time is reduced through structured token-based scheduling. Doctors can efficiently manage and track patient flow in their dashboard. The system improves overall hospital efficiency and user experience. The system implements a real-time hospital queue management system using Socket.IO for instant updates. It provides a role-based architecture, separating Doctor and Patient functionalities with dedicated dashboards. An automated token generation mechanism is implemented to manage patient queue order efficiently. The application is developed using a full-stack MERN architecture (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). The system is deployed on cloud platforms (Netlify for frontend and Render for backend) for live accessibility. The application improves hospital workflow by reducing waiting time and
