It automatically classifies every document as Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired. The most urgent records are always visible the moment you open the app — no digging, no filtering. Managers can dispatch targeted email alerts to the right people with one click. The goal was never to build a fancier spreadsheet. It was to make sure no critical deadline ever goes unnoticed again.
