Waiting room displays update automatically. 4. Patients track their token in real time. 5. Wait time is calculated using actual historical data. Results 1. Reduced receptionist interruptions. 2. Better patient experience. 3. Transparent queue visibility. 4. No manual refresh required. Reflection While the current system provides real-time queue tracking and wait-time estimation, future iterations would focus on more accurate predictive wait times, appointment integration, multi-clinic support, and operational analytics for healthcare administrators.
