
In this project, I worked on revamping the customer portal for a prominent client in the e-commerce industry. The clientâs portal had received feedback regarding poor usability, difficult navigation, and an outdated design that did not align with modern user expectations. I conducted comprehensive user research, including surveys and user interviews, to identify pain points. Based on this research, I designed a more intuitive user interface that allowed customers to easily access order history, track shipments, and manage their personal information. The new design also focused on reducing the number of clicks needed to complete actions, optimizing the flow, and simplifying account management tasks. I used Sketch and InVision to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, which were tested with users to validate the design before implementation. The revamp resulted in improved user satisfaction and higher engagement, with users finding it easier to navigate and complete tasks on the portal.
