2025 – Interviewer

As a 2nd year BBM-HR student, I had to conduct an interview with Mr. Surender Singh, the HR manager at Copilot Networks India Private Limited, to know that whether their company implements ADDIE model in their training programs and if yes, then how do they implement it.

2024 – Graphic Designer

I was the core member of Graphic Designing community of the Accounting Club of my university(ACCOUNTAX CLUB). There I learned how to create visually appealing presentations and posters that would attract anyone's attention. I designed posters and banners for events like seminars, quizzes, competitions, etc.

2024 – HR Intern

After completing my 1st year as a BBM student, I worked as an HR Intern at NALCO, Damanjodi. There I was working at Plant HRD. I was told to prepare a report on performance appraisal method that was used there. I was working in a team that consisted of 3 members(including me), so we first explored the whole Plant area and observed the works that were assigned to different categories of employees. Then we went through the various reports that were prepared by the previous interns, and from there we gained a lot of insights. Then we also took the help of our guide to help us understand the process fully.

2024 – Core Member of Operations Department

After giving multiple rounds of tests, I was glad to be a part of the operations department of the Placement Cell of my university(UG-CAS). There I learned how to manage the events effectively and smoothly, coordinate the team members effectively, and to ensure that all the processes in the placement cell are carried out smoothly. I was also asked to assist the recruiters and conduct cold calling when needed.

ADDIE Model

As a 2nd year BBM-HR student, I was given the task of conducting an interview with an HR of any company to understand whether they implement ADDIE model in their training & development program and if yes then how they implement it. So I conducted the interview with one of the HR professional of COPILOT Networks India Private Limited. I asked him various questions related to the ADDIE model and asked him how they implement the model in their training programs.
