Performance Appraisal Report

After my 1st year in BBM, I worked as an HR Intern at NALCO under the Plant HRD. There I was working with a group and we were assigned to prepare a report on Performance Appraisal Method that was used by them. So we first explored the whole Plant area and then understood the work process of different categories of employees. Then we went through the reports prepared by the previous interns to gain valuable insights for preparing our own report.
