Held an interview with a HR Professional to understand how they implement the ADDIE Model in their training and development programs.
As a 2nd year BBM-HR student, I was given the task of conducting an interview with an HR of any company to understand whether they implement ADDIE model in their training & development program and if yes then how they implement it. So I conducted the interview with one of the HR professional of COPILOT Networks India Private Limited. I asked him various questions related to the ADDIE model and asked him how they implement the model in their training programs.
