SustainTrace is a BRSR reporting portal for MEIL's project sites where no figure saves without its bill, and a site missing from Section C blocks the filing.

What will be working by the finale?

Site-to-group data entry across MEIL's four tiers, for Scope 1, 2 and 3, with a required bill upload on every entry. Section A ↔️ Section C reconciliation that blocks filing when a registered site has no energy or water logs. One-click Section C export as PDF and Excel, with every line linked to its evidence. Automated reading of fuel and power bills (OCR). A vendor portal for Scope 3 data, and simulated IoT meter feeds.

Tech stack and hardware you plan to use

Front end: React JS Back end: Node JS REST API Database: PostgreSQL (NGRBC schema, hash-chained ledger) Evidence storage: S3 encrypted vault, SHA-256 hashing Export: SheetJS (Excel) and Puppeteer (PDF) Hardware: none needed. Site staff use a phone or laptop, and IoT meter readings are simulated through an API.
