Manual hospital queues cause long waiting times and confusion. Patients cannot track their token status, and staff face difficulties managing queues efficiently Process Designed a real-time token management system with receptionist and patient dashboards. Implemented token generation, queue tracking, wait-time estimation, and live updates. Results Developed a real-time hospital token system that improves queue management, reduces patient confusion, and provides live token updates with estimated waiting times. The system successfully synchronizes receptionist and patient displays in real time Reflection Add online appointment booking, SMS notifications, and doctor-wise queue management.
