Brand & Creative Builder Award '26

Brand & Creative Builder Award '26

ROOTED presents a strong example of purpose-driven brand building by addressing a highly relevant modern challenge: the growing disconnect between people, real-world experiences, and meaningful human connections in a digitally saturated environment. The brand demonstrates strategic clarity by connecting a clear societal opportunity with a focused audience need, creating a concept that feels both emotionally relevant and commercially scalable. The strongest aspect of the project is its ability to transform an abstract idea of digital balance into a complete brand ecosystem. The identity feels intentional, consistent, and adaptable across multiple touchpoints, showing strong understanding of how strategy, storytelling, and creative execution work together. The visual direction creates a distinctive world that balances technology and humanity, making the brand feel contemporary while maintaining emotional warmth. The originality of ROOTED comes from positioning technology not as an enemy but as something that can coexist with mindful living. This approach creates a more mature and realistic perspective compared to typical wellness or digital detox concepts. The brand has potential to connect with a global young audience because it reflects current cultural shifts around mental well-being, community, and intentional living. The creative execution demonstrates strong attention to identity, consistency, and experience design. The system feels scalable across digital platforms, physical experiences, campaigns, and community-driven applications. The overall direction communicates premium quality while maintaining accessibility and human connection. For further improvement, the project should continue strengthening the connection between strategic decisions and creative outcomes by ensuring every design element has a clear purpose. Additional real-world applications, deeper audience insights, and stronger examples of community impact could make the brand even more convincing. Overall, ROOTED has the qualities of a strong award-level entry: a meaningful purpose, distinctive creative direction, consistent execution, and the potential to become a memorable brand beyond the competition environment.

Product Design Builder Award '26

Product Design Builder Award '26

Clarity — Universal Accessibility Layer is an original product design concept created to address the challenges many people face when interacting with complex digital services. Rather than replacing existing applications, Clarity acts as an intelligent accessibility layer that simplifies interfaces, personalizes interactions, and provides guided assistance across supported digital experiences. The objective of this project was to demonstrate strong product thinking, user-centered design, accessibility-first principles, and scalable UX architecture while solving a meaningful real-world problem. Design Intent This project was designed with the belief that accessibility should be proactive rather than reactive. Many digital services assume users have high digital literacy, which creates barriers for older adults, first-time smartphone users, people with disabilities, and anyone who experiences cognitive overload. Every feature, interaction, and interface element was designed to reduce complexity while maintaining user control, trust, and privacy. Product Focus The solution emphasizes: Adaptive accessibility rather than creating another standalone application. Consistent interactions across different digital services. Guided task completion for essential activities such as healthcare, banking, education, and public services. AI-assisted personalization that supports users without removing their decision-making ability. Accessibility integrated into the core product experience rather than added as an afterthought. Design Principles The product was guided by five principles: Simplicity before complexity. Accessibility by default. Human-centered interactions. Transparent and trustworthy AI assistance. Scalable product architecture. Accessibility Considerations Accessibility was treated as a primary design requirement throughout the product. The concept includes support for: High-contrast visual modes. Large touch targets. Voice interaction. Screen reader compatibility. Plain-language guidance. Multilingual assistance. Cognitive load reduction. Personalized interface adaptation. Product Thinking The project focuses on solving a practical problem through thoughtful product decisions rather than relying solely on visual aesthetics. Design decisions were evaluated based on: User value. Ease of learning. Interaction efficiency. Technical feasibility. Scalability. Long-term maintainability. AI Usage Disclosure AI tools were used to support brainstorming, content organization, and design exploration. The product strategy, problem selection, UX decisions, information architecture, feature prioritization, interaction design, visual system, and overall product direction were independently reviewed, refined, and curated by the participant. Thank You Thank you for taking the time to review this project. I appreciate your consideration and welcome any feedback that can help strengthen the product and improve the user experience.

Sentinel360 – AI-Powered Business Record Expiry & Compliance Tracking Dashboard

Sentinel360 – AI-Powered Business Record Expiry & Compliance Tracking Dashboard

Organizations often manage contracts, licenses, insurance policies, compliance certificates, and inspection reports using spreadsheets, emails, and shared folders. As the number of records grows, tracking expiry dates becomes difficult, leading to missed renewals, compliance risks, operational delays, and financial penalties. Managers lack a centralized view of document health and often discover issues only after a record has expired. Sentinel360 solves this problem by providing a single dashboard that automatically tracks expiry dates, classifies records by status, highlights risks, and helps Process I began by understanding the core business challenge: ensuring that important business records never expire unnoticed. Instead of creating a simple document list, I focused on building a business intelligence dashboard that provides visibility and actionable insights. First, I identified the key user needs: record management, expiry tracking, searchability, and quick decision-making. I then designed the information architecture around an executive dashboard, record management module, risk center, renewal center, and analytics sections. Results The final solution successfully centralizes business record tracking into a single dashboard. Users can instantly view active, expiring, and expired records, identify high-risk items, and monitor compliance health. The platform improves visibility, reduces the likelihood of missed renewals, and simplifies record management through search, filtering, and analytics. By presenting critical information in an intuitive format, Sentinel360 enables proactive decision-making and helps organizations stay compliant while reducing operational risks. Reflection Given more time, I would add a backend database, role-based user access, email and SMS reminders, document upload capabilities, audit logs, and AI-powered renewal forecasting. I would also integrate calendar synchronization and automated notification workflows to make the platform more suitable for large-scale enterprise deployment.

Queue Cure '26 – Real-Time Clinic Queue Management Platform

Queue Cure '26 – Real-Time Clinic Queue Management Platform

Many clinics in India still rely on paper token systems and manual queue management. Patients often wait for long periods without knowing when they will be called, leading to frustration and repeated inquiries at reception. Receptionists spend significant time answering status questions and manually tracking patient order, while doctors have limited visibility into queue flow. Queue Cure '26 addresses this challenge by creating a real-time digital queue management system that provides transparency for patients and operational efficiency for clinics. The goal was to reduce u Process I began by analyzing the primary pain points faced by patients and clinic staff in traditional queue systems. The key challenge was ensuring that queue updates were reflected instantly across multiple screens without requiring manual refreshes. The solution was designed around a real-time architecture using Socket.io for live synchronization between the receptionist dashboard and patient waiting room display. I implemented dynamic wait-time calculations based on queue length and average consultation duration rather than using hardcoded values. Special attention was given to usability by creating a simple receptionist workflow with quick patient registration, token generation, and queue controls. Multiple edge cases were considered, including empty queues, duplicate patient Results The final solution successfully delivers real-time queue visibility across both receptionist and patient interfaces. Queue updates are synchronized instantly using Socket.io, eliminating the need for page refreshes. Wait times are calculated dynamically based on live queue data, improving transparency and patient awareness. The platform streamlines receptionist operations, reduces manual coordination effort, and provides a more organized clinic workflow. The solution demonstrates how digital queue management can significantly improve patient experience and operational efficiency in healthcare Reflection With additional time, I would expand the platform with AI-powered wait-time prediction, WhatsApp notifications, QR-code patient check-in, multi-clinic support, doctor availability tracking, and advanced analytics dashboards. I would also conduct usability testing with real clinic staff and patients to gather feedback and further optimize the workflow and user experience.
