Instead of creating a simple document list, I focused on building a business intelligence dashboard that provides visibility and actionable insights. I then designed the information architecture around an executive dashboard, record management module, risk center, renewal center, and analytics sections. Reflection Given more time, I would add a backend database, role-based user access, email and SMS reminders, document upload capabilities, audit logs, and AI-powered renewal forecasting. I would also integrate calendar synchronization and automated notification workflows to make the platform more suitable for large-scale enterprise deployment.
