FitWithSubha — AI Personal Fitness & Wellness Coach

FitWithSubha is a full-featured fitness web app connecting body analysis, personalized fitness planning, nutrition and workout tracking, progress analytics, and an AI coaching assistant into one connected experience. To test: Click “Continue as Guest” on the login page — no signup is required. For full Firebase/Firestore synchronization, create an account and complete email verification. Suggested flow: Body Stats → Fitness Plan → Progress → Workouts → AI Coach. Try asking the AI Coach: “My weight is 85 kg, target is 75 kg in 3 months.” Design decisions: Built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Firebase Authentication/Cloud Firestore for a lightweight, dependency-free experience. BMI/BMR and calorie calculations use standard formulas. The AI Coach is currently a rules-based engine that works with user data and free-text goals rather than a connected LLM. Note: This is a portfolio/product-design project focused on end-to-end UX, connected data flows, and product thinking. Current limitations include no connected LLM/API, payment system, or extensive user validation.

The Tactical Edge — IPL Analytics Intelligence Platform

IPL data is highly fragmented and difficult to interpret at a strategic level. The goal was to transform raw ball-by-ball IPL data (2008–2026) into an executive analytics platform providing franchise intelligence, phase insights, venue analytics and match strategy support. Process Collected and cleaned IPL ball-by-ball datasets, engineered match phases (Powerplay, Middle, Death), built franchise and venue intelligence layers, designed executive dashboards and developed an interactive match simulation engine using Streamlit and Plotly. Results Built a multi-module IPL analytics platform covering 19 seasons of cricket data with executive KPIs, franchise intelligence, phase analytics and strategic simulation capabilities. Reflection Future versions will include AI tournament forecasting, live match prediction, team logo integration, recommendation systems and advanced business intelligence layers.
