Clinic management system
Many clinics in India still use paper tokens and manual methods to manage patient queues. Patients often have to wait for long hours without knowing when their turn will come. Receptionists handle registrations and queue management manually, which can lead to mistakes and confusion during busy hours. Process At first, we observed that many clinics still use paper tokens and manual methods to manage patient queues. Patients had to wait for a long time without knowing when their turn would come, and receptionists found it difficult to manage everything manually. Results After developing and testing the system, we observed that the digital queue management system helped reduce patient waiting time and improved the overall clinic workflow. Patients were able to view their queue status and estimated waiting time, which reduced confusion and overcrowding in the waiting area. Reflection In the future, I would also focus on improving the system's scalability so that it can be used by multiple clinics and support a larger number of users.
