Empowering the Hands that Build India

Overview
The Problem We Saw
Walk through any Indian city and you'll see them everywhere the electrician who shows up an hour late because his last job ran over, the mason who's been laying bricks for fifteen years but has no way to prove it, the plumber a family calls only because a neighbor vouched for him once, three years ago.
India runs on millions of skilled hands. But the system connecting them to work still runs on word-of-mouth, guesswork, and blind trust trust that, too often, gets broken. Hirers don't know who they're letting into their homes. Workers don't have a way to prove their skill, their history, or their reliability beyond a shaky reputation passed along by strangers.
We didn't think that was good enough for the people actually building this country.
The Idea
What if trust wasn't something you had to hope for but something you could see?
That's the question that started this. Not another app that lists workers like products in a catalog, but a platform built around one core belief: every hand that builds India deserves to be recognized, verified, and respected and every person hiring deserves to know exactly who they're bringing into their life.
So we built verification into the foundation, not as an afterthought:
Aadhaar-backed identity, so a profile means something real Self-attested police verification badges, giving workers a way to visibly prove they're trustworthy Domain-specific onboarding the platform actually asks the right questions depending on whether you're an electrician, a mason, or a driver, so a profile reflects real skill, not just a title Speech-to-text and text-to-speech onboarding, because not everyone who's spent their life working with their hands is going to feel most comfortable typing out a profile the platform meets people where they are A 5-star starting reputation, so nobody begins as a stranger What We're Really Building
This isn't just a hiring app. It's an attempt to close the trust gap between the people who need work done and the people who've spent their lives learning how to do it well.
Every worker who signs up isn't just filling out a form they're building a verified, permanent record of their skill and reliability, something no one can take away from them and every future hirer can instantly trust. Every hirer who opens the app isn't gambling on a stranger they're choosing from people whose identity, skill, and history are already proven.
Why It Matters
India's workforce is enormous, skilled, and criminally underestimated by the systems meant to serve it. We're not trying to disrupt an industry for the sake of it we're trying to give millions of people the one thing they've never really had: a platform that trusts them enough to prove it.
