By the finale, Campus OS will have working login, student dashboard, academics, hostel and mess management, AI mess prediction, digital gate passes, requests, notices, and admin control—all in one app.
- Tech stack and hardware you plan to use
Frontend: React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building the user interface. Backend: Node.js and Express.js for handling application logic and APIs. Database: MongoDB for storing student records, attendance, requests, notices, and hostel/mess data. AI: Python and Machine Learning for AI-powered mess menu prediction and learning assistance. Hosting: Netlify for deploying the frontend. Authentication: Email/OTP login and role-based access for students, faculty, and administrators. Hardware: Laptops, smartphones, internet/Wi-Fi, and mobile cameras for QR-code scanning.
