Overview
Workforce Connect fixes how blue-collar hiring actually happens today — over WhatsApp, through unverifiable phone calls, taking days. We give workers like Ravi a real digital identity: a Trust Score built from verified skills, certificates, and job history — not just a claim, but proof. We give employers instant, explainable matches — not 40 random applications, but ranked candidates with a clear "why," plus the ability to hire entire trusted crews at once, not just individuals. Both sides rate each other after every job, so trust keeps compounding instead of resetting to zero every time. The result: hiring that used to take a week now takes minutes — and it's actually trustworthy.
