Define it, then build the Monday dashboard
The brief
Tiffin Theory runs three delivery-only food brands from four shared kitchens and sells through two delivery apps. Every Monday at 10, Priya, who runs kitchen operations, decides where her two floating cooks go that week and which kitchen manager she calls.
Build the dashboard she opens at 9:50 to make that decision: at most six numbers or charts, by the definitions she gives you, from six weeks of orders. Then load next week's file, which comes with the data, and show the dashboard refresh.
Any tool: Power BI, Tableau Public, Looker Studio, Excel or Google Sheets, or code.
When you start, you get the company's files to download, and one of a few versions of what is going on in them.
What to hand in
- Your five answers, in the boxes on this page (two come from next week's file)
- The dashboard: screens, and a short clip of it refreshing on next week's file
- A line on each element saying how it serves Priya's Monday decision
- What you would tell Priya this Monday
