Marketing Strategy

Project Overview

Trend Tide Clothing Co. is a fast fashion brand facing a 22% sales decline due to poor product quality, outdated designs, and lack of sustainability and inclusivity. Its core audience, primarily Gen Z and Millennials, demands ethical, trend-forward, and personalized fashion experiences. The campaign aims to reposition Trend Tide as a modern, value-aligned brand. It introduces a sustainable “ReTrend” collection and AI-powered Virtual Style Studio to enhance personalization. Offline engagement is driven by college pop-ups and thrift swap zones. A micro-influencer campaign  boosts brand reach and authenticity. A consumer feedback loop enables co-created product development. Digital ads and SEO enhance visibility and site performance. The ₹5 crore budget is strategically allocated across these innovative initiatives. This campaign transforms Trend Tide into a tech-savvy, socially conscious brand co-created with its community.

Made here

This poster is designed for a fictional student film festival called “Made Here”, which celebrates short films created by students from Tier-2 cities in India. The goal of the design is to highlight creativity, local storytelling, and the excitement of cinema in a simple and visually engaging way. The poster uses a minimal colour palette of red and white, which creates a strong contrast and makes the design bold and eye-catching. Red is often associated with energy, passion, and creativity, which reflects the enthusiasm of young student filmmakers. The central text “Made Here – Students Cinema” is placed in the middle of the poster to make the festival name the main focus. A single bold typeface is used to maintain visual consistency and keep the design clean and professional. Around the text, several cinema-related illustrations are used, such as a film reel, movie ticket, camera, clapperboard, theatre masks, and popcorn. These elements visually represent the world of filmmaking and movie culture. They frame the main title and guide the viewer’s eye toward the centre. The layout is balanced with the illustrations placed around the edges, which creates a framing effect and keeps the centre clear for the festival title. This approach gives the poster a modern gallery-style look while still communicating the theme of cinema and student creativity. Overall, the poster aims to celebrate independent student filmmaking and local talent and encouraging audiences to appreciate.
