About the Project
EmployeePulse is a company-wide employee satisfaction survey designed and implemented by Deepika Sharma to help Wipro assess the satisfaction levels of its employees. Deepika designed the survey to cover a broad range of topics, including job satisfaction, workplace environment, management effectiveness, and employee benefits. The project utilized survey tools like Google Forms and SurveyMonkey to collect responses from employees across different departments. Deepika also ensured that the survey I was anonymous to encourage honesty and transparency in the feedback. Once the data I was collected, Deepika used data analysis techniques to interpret the survey results and identify key areas for improvement. The surveys findings were then shared with the senior leadership team, helping them understand employees concerns, expectations, and suggestions. This project highlighted Deepikas ability to design effective surveys and use the data to create action plans for improving employee satisfaction. Additionally, she worked closely with HR teams to implement improvements based on the survey results, which led to positive changes in the company culture. The EmployeePulse project gave Deepika hands-on experience in managing employee engagement initiatives and using data-driven insights to foster a more positive and productive work environment.
